In Spain's deep South is Utiel Requena, close to Valencia and Bodegas Vegalfaro. The sun beats down strong here, the landscape is arid but the wines are rich in flavour.
This is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The 2 grapes combines to produce a wine with superb fruit concentration, depth and long finish.
